The importance of NDT methods is reflected in preventing major catatrophs and damages by early identification and detection of critical failures in production, during service and in construction. In this way NDT joins the activities of the "greens" providing efficient protection of human lives and the environment.

In recent years industries have recognized the importance of NDT to their own product and quality. Critical damages are placed on NDT inspectors and the techniques on which they rely on for which Training and Hands on experience in NDT has gained importance.

In this technical course it is intended to introduce the methods of NDT and to explain their role and importance. The function of NDT methods during the process of design, manufacturing and maintenanace is explained. The philosophy of when and how to test is mentioned. The importance of testing according to available standards is stressed. The student also gets an opportunity to have a hand on practice of these methods during laboratory hours. Personal Qualification and Certification are also a part of the course. This course leads to Level I/ Level II Qualification in various NDT methods like Radiograpy, Ultrasonic, Magnetic particle and Penetrant Testing as per ASNT SNT - TC- 1A document requirements.

Training will be on computer using computer based training CD's assisted with class room training by experienced faculty.

Practical will be conducted by highly experienced professionals, in the class room as well as on the site giving you a true hands on experience in NDT Techniques on various industrial jobs.

Candidate will give a stipulated time to complete the course.

	Radiography Testing	Level I / II - 2 Months
	Ultrasonic Testing	Level I / II - 2 Months
	Magnetic Testing	Level I / II - 1 Month
	Penetrant Testing	Level I / II - 1 Month

Suitable for all the students with or without technical background and senior persons related to Industries and Educational Institutions.
Minimum qualification requirement are Diploma/Graduate/Post Graduate in any discipline. SSC/HSC qualification will be considered based upon experience in the field.
Timings: Training timings will be as per convenience of individual within the stipulated period of the individual course.

	Ultrasonic Testing	Level I / II	Rs. 4000.00
	Magnetic Testing	Level I / II	Rs. 2000.00
	Penetrant Testing	Level I / II	Rs. 2000.00

Payment Options:
1. Payment of individual courses in full before start of the course.
2. Payment of Rs. 10,000.00 if paid in full before start of the course
OR
Payment of Rs. 11,000.00 can be made in two equal instalments.
4. Group Registration in 5 or more students will get 20% concession if registered for all the four courses.
